WB-Portable on DVD

The current Settings of WB-Portable are for use with USB.
But with a litte change in pms_config.ini you can use it with CD/DVD.

Open pms_config.ini (to find in root-folder) and change line 21.
from: StartLocal=1
to:     StartLocal=0

That's it.
